Location is very good

My flight was delayed so reached late night was really exhausted, Guy at reception was some very senior person, Instead of welcome he asked me why m late ? Then he tried to copy my passport machine did not work we then filled in the form, he asked me to pay and I gave him 500 note which he did not accept then I offered him credit card he said machine is broken, I asked him for Internet he again asked me for 5 Euros which ofcouse I did not have it was really frustrating then I had to walk to some ATM and sorted

It was bad experience

Me and my friend went there for 1 night stay, they didn't mention website that there is bomb checking in their area and we have to leave hotel by 7:30 am in the morning. And you have to buy internet, staff was so rude. i won't recommend it.

Great location

Very good value for money. It has not been updated for some time, but it's very clean and comfy. Quiet location and very close to the city centre. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Worst hotel I have stayed in ever due to broken, old and dirty room and furniture.

Furniture was in very bad shape!!! Everything was somehow broken or dirty (e.g. walls, carpet, ...) Dirty room and bathroom (e.g. hair in the shower) Rooms in the fotos look different than life Water could not be stopped in the bathroom -> was broken There was not even a lamp next to the bed. Only the lamp for the entire room. I have never been in a hotel which did not have a little lamp next to the bed. Internet costs extra. This is not acceptable.

Cheap and convenient. Slightly sleazy but not in a bad way.

This place is in a perfect location at the right price and the staff is very friendly. That's the good news. Bad news is it's definitely a bit of dive. The hallways reek of stale cigarette smoke--however not my room. It's very, very basic. Hasn't been renovated since the Cold War and the TV only had two channels. If you want dial up internet you pay 5 euros. But hey--it's cheap and 10 minutes walk from the "old town"--such as the term is applicable in Frankfurt (i.e., don't go to Frankfurt to see an "old town" in Germany. Place was flattened during WWII). City does have a nice vibe though. Good life along the river.

Really can't complain. Just know what to expect.

It was disappointing, stressful and very unpleasant.

Misleading info. Had a telephone set as they advertised but it doesn't work (Staff confirmed) Advert said sometimes internet is not available. Basically, without extra €5 no internet. Staffs are unfriendly & not helpful at all. Room was smelly and dirty.In my room I had bed bugs. Another customer complained there was rat in his room! It was a total nightmare. This hotel should be taken down from Booking. Com.

Walking distance to city center.

Walking distance to city center. Price ok. The staff was quite helpful with directions.

Very old and smelly couldn’t breathe well, pillows very thin, the window didn’t lock and being on first floor in a very dodgy neighborhood and after reading reviews of break-ins i was very uneasy to sleep, no luggage room for the 24h storage just left it in a corner at reception in front of the entrance they told me they are not responsible for it. Can only pay with cash. But shouldnt expect anything more for 40 euros per night in the city centre.

Quaint German hotel with old lift, friendly staff and European breakfast.

Breakfast was really good, classic European style. The room was really nice and pleasant. Close location to wander the city from. The old lift was really fun. The owner was really friendly.

Only thing I didn't like was the lack of shower and the night manager seemed a little grumpy.

i hated myself for staying there.....

the room smells and not clean (full of ants) with very old furniture. the stuff is horrible and has attitude issues.

actually nothing about the hotel. the only thing that is good the station is nearby.

Dirty. Very basic accommodation. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Smelly and the rooms aren't cleaned every day. Steer clear

„Wer einen preisgünstiges Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung...

Wer einen preisgünstiges Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, 100 m zur S-Bahn, Zeil und Sachsenhausen fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, der Kaffee erwähnenswert gut. Die Betten etwas alt, aber bequem. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchen. (Gut, wir stellen wenig Ansprüche an Komfort, dafüf mehr an Lage, Gemütlichkeit und Freundlichkeit) Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist lobenswert, sowas erlebt man nicht immer. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz fanden wir im Wohngebiet.

Die Ausstattung hat ihre beste Zeit lange hinter sich, der Fernseher hat nur vier Programme. Aber wer braucht schon einen Fernseher, wenn die Erlebnismeilen nur einen Steinwurf entfernt sind.

Sehr einfache, abgewohnte Unterkunft mit schlichtem Frühstück. Für den günstigen Preis aber völlig in Ordnung. Für mehr muss man halt mehr Geld ausgeben.

„Günstiges hotel was für eine Nacht okay ist

Das einzigste was gut war waren das Personal und das Frühstück

Beim Bett im Zimmer war das lattenrost defekt und wurde erst nach mehrmaligem erinnern gewechselt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ auch zu wünschen übrig und der Teppich war von Flecken übersät und sonst hat es im Zimmer sehr muffig gerochen. Das Badezimmer war dafür sehr sauber aber auch sehr klein und es hat ein Dusch Vorhang gefehlt so das dass Duschen nicht besonders angenehm war.

„Nicht zu empfehlen. Auf keinen Fall wieder.

sehr gute Lage

Super unfreundlicher und unseriöser Nachtportier, will einem zu viel Geld abziehen (braucht die Bestätigung der bereits getätigten Überweisung, da kein Rechner vorhanden...), und kommt mit "Wenn Sie jetzt hier meckern wollen, können Sie auch gern woanders hinfahren", klingelt einen um 7 Uhr morgens aus dem Bett, weil er nicht vom Parkplatz wegkommt, dabei wurde uns am Abend zuvor gesagt, dass wir da so stehen bleiben können. Völlig ungeeignet für diesen Job!

„Es war eine spontane Notlösung. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis liegt im Mittelmaß.

Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß vom Südbahnhof aus. Ich hatte eine direkte Verbindung zu meinem Arbeitsort. Das Zimmer war pünktlich vorbereitet und die Rezeption 24 Stunden lang besetzt. Höfliches Personal. Es gab eine Badewanne und einen Fernseher auf dem Zimmer. Frische Handtücher und man wurde in ruhe gelassen. Man konnte den Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben.

An meiner Tür waren offensichtlich Einbruchsspuren. Sicherheitsgefühl war eher gering. Die Badewanne war vorhanden, hatte jedoch keinen Stöpsel um diese zu benutzen. Ich musste entsprechend improvisieren. (Wenn ich ein Zimmer mit Badewanne buche, dann erwarte ich auch dort baden zu können.) Das Frühstück war eher mäßig. Schön, dass es eines gab. Aber wenn es um 7Uhr eröffnet wird und ich um 7:02Uhr unten ankomme (da ich frühzeitig los muss) ist es etwas überraschend kalten Kaffee vorzufinden. Es gab eine sehr bescheidene Auswahl an Aufstrich und Belag, zwei Müsli Sorten, Milch, Orangensaft und trockene Brötchen. Ebenfalls Tee. Dafür aber inklusive. Die W-lan Gebühr beträgt 5€. Es ist schwer Sonntag Abend in der Gegend etwas Ordentliches zu essen zu finden.

„Für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Flug in Ordnung

Fenster war bei Ankunft abends bereits zum lüften geöffnet. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit hellen einfachen Brötchen, Müsli, Marmelade, Honig, Nutella und Obst. Handtücher, Seife und Duschgel war vorhanden.

WC-Brille war gebrochen, kein Ventilator / Lüfter vorhanden. Badewanne hatte nur eine Handbrause ohne Halterung und ohne Duschvorhang. Sehr alte Ausstattung.

„Dreckig, eckelhaft und nicht empfehlenswert

fremde Haare auf dem Bett, Ungeziefer im Bad, vor dem Check-in ist uns eine Ratte entgegen gelaufen. Dieses Hotel ist einfach in einem ultra-schlechten Zustand! Gefrühstückt haben wir gar nicht, obwohl das im Preis drin war. Das Ganze war einfach eine absolute Katastrophe! Nie wieder!
